How powerful are old photos, huh? We lost a family member this week and my aunty’s passing prompted me to go through an album my mum did a few years back of her side of the family. This photo is one I’m familiar with, my mum playing model, but what struck me was that this was probably taken by my father...and given the fashion it looks as though it was when they were dating...and all of a sudden I got teary. This is how my Dad saw my Mum and that is so so so powerful and poignant and such a lovely insight.
It also doesn’t escape me that his car is more dominant in the photo than my mum. He was a revhead to the end 😊

I found these today! From a shoot with the gorgeous and oh so classic @paradechildrenswear back in 2004 😊
This is exactly what I mean when I talk about wearing clothing that won’t date. Keeping it sweet and simple is the key. Look at those darling faces!! .

Ta-da!!! The result of many months of planning the perfect wall with these photographs! This has been a very special project with the loveliest family and at last we can sit back and enjoy. This was before we wiggles the frames into complete precision formation, so excuse the wonkiness! Swipe for more and my favourite photo from the whole shoot 😊❤️
This display is roughly one metre by 2 metres and has 19 frames plus an ‘evil eye’! The family chose to make a few of the frames blue to reference the eye and give a nod to their Greek roots. That’s how you make it your own 😊 love love love. .
