When Nicole and Matt suggested we head to Kings Beach at Victor for their pregnancy shoot I was excited. A beach with waves! The sound of surf and really different light to what I'm used to was just what the doctor ordered. I love photographing at the beach at this time of year and a change of scenery was amazing.

Last Friday my beautiful cat, Anakin, died after a whirlwind 24 hours of vets and no sleep. We're still not sure what exactly happened, but the result is the same. We lost the little cat that had been everything to us. He was our glue, our joy, our anchor and someone we all delighted in sharing.

On the farm! A very small sneak peek for this beautiful family who romped around their property with me on Saturday! I was absolutely spoiled for choice of where to shoot, a total dream come true.
Sometimes the beautiful things a couple will do for each other, and their family, blows me away. I got a phone call from Romi asking if we could surprise his beautiful girl with a pregnancy sitting for her birthday and my heart just melted. What an incredibly thoughtful thing to do, and what an amazing surprise for Natasha!
This divine little man celebrated his first birthday last week. Getting to meet Max and see his big sister, Lucy all grown up was just lovely. They're so alike!
